Campaign Chief of Staff Resigns

OFFICIAL COMMUNITY NEWS RELEASE

MONDAY, MAY 2ND, 2017

On Sunday, May 1st of 2017, my campaign took a major loss in our staff, as Stephon D. Jones II, the now former Chief of Staff, decided to resign. For reasons he kept to himself, Stephon Jones had decided to resign from service as Chief of Staff.

In the interim, my Director of Social Media, Elliot Axelman, will take the helm as Acting Chief of Staff until the appointment of a formal replacement.

Elliot is, and always will be, worthy of such an important position for his dedication and loyalty to everything, and everyone, he stamps his name on. Coming into the month of May with the campaign, I have no doubt that the individual selected to serve as my Chief will have big shoes to fill upon entering the office of Chief of Staff.
